Mr. Cataldo represents the second generation of the founding Cataldo family. Under his leadership the company has continued to grow responsibly, staying focused on customer service, clinical excellence and innovation in the emergency medical services industry. His dedication to the organization and the communities it serves is evident through his significant community involvement.

Diana Cataldo

Founder & Treasurer

Diana Cataldo along with her late husband, Bob, started Cataldo Ambulance Service, Inc. in August of 1977.  Today, more than 45 years later, Diana continues to play an active role as the company Treasurer.  Her ongoing interest in the industry, a wealth of knowledge, and vision for success has never wavered.  Diana ensures Cataldo still operates with the professionalism, customer service, and quality that the company was founded on.

Kevin Turner


Mr. Turner has had a remarkable history of successful leadership. An executive with strong analytical and management skills, he has a proven track record of generating multimillion dollar contract savings, with primary roles related to commercialization, quality assurance, R&D, and crisis management. He has held senior leadership roles with well-established companies such as Dunkin’ Brands and Five Star Quality Care, a national healthcare and senior living provider.

Todd Miller


Mr. Miller has spent over 20 years leading finance and operations teams for large health care institutions, including Transcare, the largest Mid-Atlantic ambulance operator, headquartered in New York City with operations in New York, Pittsburg, Baltimore and Delaware. Using his experience he has helped organizations transform and grow.

Wayne Welch


Mr. Welch is an energetic leader from the Boston area with 25 years of technology experience spanning government, nonprofit, and healthcare industries.  He excels at driving organizational growth through technological innovation and has successfully led companies through complete overhauls of software, hardware, and third-party integrations to keep business operations running seamlessly.


Brenden Hayden

Vice President of Mobile Health Services

 Brenden is a respected leader with an impressive background in the EMS and healthcare industries with organizations such as Steward Health Care System, Southcoast Health, and several EMS agencies throughout Southeastern MA.  With strong analytical and program development skills, he excels at building and implementing large strategic initiatives, driving strategic organizational growth, and developing high-performing teams.
