Dennis R. Cataldo
Dennis Cataldo represents the second generation of the founding Cataldo family. Under his leadership, the company has grown responsibly while maintaining a steadfast commitment to customer service, clinical excellence, and innovation in the emergency medical services industry. Dennis is a recognized leader in the EMS field serving as the President of the Massachusetts Ambulance Association and as a member of the American Ambulance Association Board of Directors, where he contributes to shaping the future of the industry at both state and national levels. His significant community involvement further underscores his commitment to advancing EMS and enhancing the lives of those he serves.

Diana Cataldo
Diana Cataldo, together with her late husband Bob, founded Cataldo Ambulance Service, Inc. in August 1977. Nearly 48 years later, Diana remains an integral part of the organization, serving as the company’s Treasurer. Her unwavering dedication to the industry, deep expertise, and visionary leadership continue to drive the company’s success. Along with her son Dennis, she ensures that Cataldo Ambulance Service upholds the core values of professionalism, exceptional customer service, and uncompromising quality that have been the foundation of its mission since day one.

Karen Host
Karen has been in EMS for over 30 years with a diverse background in EMS Management, Communications, Education and Quality Assurance and Improvement. She holds degrees in Biology and Homeland Defense and Disaster Preparedness, and Public Health as well as several EMS Instructor certifications. Karen has extensive experience in EMS Education as a State Certified Instructor Coordinator as well as an Advanced Life Support-level State Examiner. Karen joined Cataldo Ambulance Service in 2010 as the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance Manager and has since advanced to her current role as Executive Director of Clinical Services/Mobile Integrated Healthcare. Karen moved into a leadership role with Cataldo Ambulance Service’s launch of Mobile Integrated Healthcare – SmartCare - in 2014 when Cataldo became one of the two authorized pilot programs in Massachusetts. Karen then sat on the state MIH Advisory Council that shaped MIH regulations promulgated in 2019. Karen has lectured across the country at national MIH conferences and has been recognized by Mass General/Brigham’s as a Pillar of Excellence Award recipient for MIH delivery of monoclonal antibody treatments to home-bound COVID positive patients. Karen is also an elected board member of the Massachusetts Region IV Medical Services Committee.

Kevin Lech
Kevin is an accomplished finance and strategy executive with 25 years of experience driving financial performance, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting business expansion. He has a proven track record of advising executive leadership, developing complex financial models, and implementing cost-saving strategies to enhance profitability. His expertise spans financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. Throughout his career, he has successfully led finance teams, managed large-scale financial consolidations, and spearheaded system implementations that improve financial transparency and streamline reporting. In his previous role, Kevin played a pivotal part in securing the company’s successful sale, maximizing shareholder value, and expanding national and international reseller networks. His ability to integrate financial technology solutions and enhance financial forecasting has made him a trusted partner in strategic decision-making. Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration from Regis University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from St. Leo University.

Robert M. White
Robert M. White serves as the Senior Director of Operations for Cataldo Ambulance Service, bringing over 37 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Rob began his career in 1988 as a chair car driver and has since held multiple roles, including EMT, paramedic, and dispatcher, reflecting his deep-rooted commitment to patient care and operational excellence. After spending five years as an EMT, Rob became a paramedic, a role he has now served in for over three decades. His wide-ranging experience across nearly every aspect of EMS has uniquely equipped him to lead with a focus on both frontline realities and strategic oversight. As Senior Director of Operations, Rob oversees Cataldo’s service area spanning from Somerville to Salisbury, Massachusetts. He is known for his steady leadership, operational insight, and dedication to maintaining the highest standards of emergency care throughout the region.

Todd Endicott
Todd Endicott is an accomplished IT architect and engineer with over two decades of experience designing, deploying, and managing mission-critical technology solutions for public safety, emergency medical services, and enterprise organizations. With expertise spanning Microsoft and Cisco Systems, datacenter architecture, and enterprise infrastructure management, Todd’s career reflects a consistent focus on high-reliability systems and technical leadership. His earlier roles include senior engineering positions at ZOLL Medical Corporation, where he provided Tier IV support and external IT consulting for public safety clients, and at Intrado, where he specialized in network engineering for emergency communications. Todd combines technical depth with strategic vision. His portfolio not only includes enterprise-scale deployments, network and systems engineering and IT consulting, but also infrastructure modernization projects. He is recognized for his ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical, scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reliability. Beyond his technical expertise, Todd is valued for his hands-on leadership style, guiding teams through complex implementations while ensuring accountability and precision. His work has consistently supported organizations where uptime, security, and performance are paramount.

Frank McNeil
Frank transitioned to the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) sector following a successful 25-year career in the Airline and Logistics Industry. He has held senior management positions at both national and regional levels, with a focus on Operations, Global Project Management, Human Resources, and Labor Relations. Beginning his EMS career in 2006, Frank became a Principal Owner and CEO of a Central and Western Massachusetts based Ambulance Service. Throughout his tenure in the EMS field, he has provided consulting services, directed Sales and Operations in dynamic 911 systems, and managed Inter-Facility Transport contracts for major hospital systems. In 2022, Frank joined Cataldo Ambulance Service, Inc. as the Senior Director of Operations for Central and Western Massachusetts.

Chuck Fothergill
Chuck Fothergill serves as the Director of PSAP & Communications Infrastructure. He has been appointed to the State 911 Commission, and he implemented a 911 EMD Resource Center at SRM Hospital System in Chennai, India with Brigham Women’s International. He is E.M.T. and E.M.D. certified and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from UMass Boston. Chuck is also the retired Fire Chief of the City of Chelsea and a U.S. Army ABN. Ranger Veteran.

Chuck Lepage
Chuck Lepage serves as the Director of Operations Support Services, and he has 34 years of work experience in EMS. Chuck has been at Cataldo Ambulance Service for 31 years and has had multiple roles, including Field Provider, BLS Supervisor, Preceptor, Lead Preceptor, Facilities Manager, and Biomedical Equipment Manager. He moved into his current role as Director of Operations Support Services in June 1999. Chuck attended Framingham State College for Economics and U.S. History. He also has a background in materials management, facilities management, building construction and contracting, and contractor management.

Laura Gassiraro
Laura Gassiraro serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Cataldo. Laura is a 29-year veteran in EMS. Her career started as an EMT before moving on to becoming an EMD Certified Emergency Dispatcher, Supervisor, and multi-departmental liaison. Over the last 29 years, she has developed an expertise in revenue cycle management, data analysis, and quality assurance through leadership positions at Massachusetts based private EMS companies. Laura also serves on the Massachusetts Ambulance Association Revenue and Billing Committee.
