Cataldo Ambulance Service, Inc. is a private ambulance company and our services are not funded through any other means. The patient and/or their insurance provider is responsible for the payment of services.

You absolutely may pay your bill online! Use the blue “Pay Your Bill Here” button on this page, fill out the form and initiate your payment. Yes, it’s that easy!

We accept forms of payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. You may also mail in your payment, made payable to Cataldo Ambulance Service, Inc. or Atlantic Ambulance Service, Inc., via check or money order to the address listed below. If you would like to pay cash, please feel free to come to our Corporate Headquarters and make your payment in person with our Customer Service Department. You may visit our Corporate Headquarters during normal business hours of 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday through Thursday and 8:30AM to 4:45PM on Friday.

Sure, a receipt will be emailed to you once your payment has been successfully received.

There are numerous reasons why you could be getting a bill. Most common reasons is due to your deductible or copay. We are here to go over your bill. The fastest way to understand your bill is to contact your insurance company or obtain a copy of your EOB or Explanation of Benefits from your insurance company. There it will explain why you are receiving a bill. You may also contact our Customer Service Department and we can also assist you in understanding your bill.
