A SmartCare Paramedic is typically onsite in the patients home within one hour of receiving a request, often times sooner.  The SmartCare telecommunications Center uses state-of-the-art technology, with multiple fail-safe systems, to ensure continuous access to the highest level of care.  They dispatch SmartCare Paramedics based on GPS location to ensure the fastest possible response time.
