Wheelchair Transportation Driver

Provides safe and efficient non-emergency transportation for disabled, handicapped, or elderly persons to and from their destinations.  This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in gaining experience in the healthcare field, civic-minded residents eager to make a difference in their community, or those with a passion for assisting the elderly and disabled.

Emergency Medical Technician

Provides safe and efficient response, treatment, and transportation of all persons requesting or requiring emergent or non-emergent medical services.  Using basic equipment found in an ambulance, EMT-B’s may provide treatment on-site or during ambulance transportation in trauma, cardiac, or respiratory emergencies. Cataldo offers unique EMS career experiences for those in the EMT position. Our onboarding program includes a robust paid training program with new EMT-B’s in mind.  As a private ambulance service with a growing number of 911 contracts, Cataldo is a top destination for EMTs looking to gain experience as a paid 911 EMT as well as inter-facility, non-emergency medical care, and transportation.

Paramedic

Provides safe and efficient response, treatment, and transportation of all persons requesting or requiring emergent or non-emergent medical services. In addition to providing treatment onsite or during ambulance transportation in trauma, cardiac, or respiratory emergencies, paramedics also perform complex prehospital care including inserting IV lines, administering medications, and monitoring electrocardiograms (EKGs). Cataldo offers unique EMS career experiences for those in a paramedic career. As a private ambulance service with a growing number of 911 contracts, Cataldo is a top destination for paramedics looking to gain experience as a paid 911 paramedic as well as inter-facility, non-emergency medical care and transportation. SmartCare

Provides the highest level of clinical assessment and treatment with an expanded scope of care. Patients are treated directly in their homes to reduce the need for ambulance transportation and hospital stays.  Due to the nature of care needed, Smart Care professionals work as an extension of the patient’s medical team and may work closely with the same set of patients and their families.
