Cataldo Ambulance Service, Inc. to Acquire Lyons Ambulance Service.

Two Great Companies Becoming One, With Over 150 Combined Years of Service

Somerville, Mass. – July 31, 2017 – Cataldo Ambulance Service, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement, in principle, to purchase Lyons Ambulance Service of Danvers. The primary details of this agreement will include acquiring the assets of Lyons Ambulance Service in their entirety. Cataldo Ambulance will assume the contractual obligations of Lyons Ambulance Service and continue to operate base locations that are presently in use by Lyons.

The Cataldo and Lyons families have a long standing relationship which has endured throughout the many changes which have occurred within the healthcare and private ambulance industry. The similarity of these two organizations in both vision and mission are many. Accordingly, both companies maintain a strong focus on exceptional service, quality patient care and competently trained staff.

The acquisition is expected to be complete by August 31st 2017. Cataldo Ambulance Service, Inc. will provide additional information as it becomes available.
